Privacy Policy
This policy explains how NS5 handles information when you use the website and client workspace.
Information we collect
When you sign in, NS5 receives basic account information from Google, including your email address, name and profile image. With your consent, NS5 can list verified Search Console sites and Google Analytics properties. For a site you submit for an audit, we may read Search Console search performance (including clicks, impressions, queries and pages) and matching Analytics traffic and key-event totals. NS5 stores an encrypted server-side copy of Google API tokens to keep your connection working. We also store projects, website addresses, reports, settings and actions you create in NS5. Technical logs may include device, browser, request and error information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use Google data to show the sites and properties available to your account and, when you request an audit, to include relevant measured search and traffic data in your report and recommendations. We use other account and project information to provide your workspace, operate the service, prevent abuse and communicate about your account. NS5 does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.
Service providers and integrations
NS5 uses Supabase for authentication and database storage, Cloudflare for the app, and other service providers for hosting and AI processing. When you request an audit, the audited site's content and relevant Search Console and Analytics metrics may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the report you requested. Access is limited to providing NS5's user-facing features; other integrations require their own authorization. Provider privacy terms also apply.
Retention and control
We retain account and project information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal and billing records. In your client area, 'Remove saved Google connection' deletes NS5's server-side Google API tokens and stops new server-side Google data reads; you can also revoke NS5's authorization in your Google Account. Previously generated reports remain until you request their deletion. You may request access, correction or deletion at hello@ns5.studio. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your account and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Updates
We may update this policy as NS5 changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
